  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use & Client Obligations

You agree to use our services solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not:

  • Use our services to transmit, store, or process illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, disrupt service availability, or reverse-engineer our systems.
  • Share confidential or proprietary data with third parties without proper authorization or data processing agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to us for processing complies with applicable privacy regulations and that you hold the necessary rights or consents to share such data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, methodologies, and documentation provided by The BPO Group remain our exclusive intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for the purpose of utilizing our services. Any deliverables, reports, or customized solutions created specifically for you under a paid agreement will be subject to the ownership and usage rights specified in your contract.

6. Fees, Billing & Payment

Service fees are determined by the agreed SOW or pricing schedule. Invoices will be issued according to the payment terms outlined in your contract. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees promptly within the specified billing cycle.
  • Pay applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees unless otherwise exempted by law.
  • Notify us immediately of any billing discrepancies.

Late payments may incur interest charges or result in temporary service suspension until the outstanding balance is resolved.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The BPO Group disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall The BPO Group, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your engagement with us. Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in your service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or fail to remit payment. Sections regarding intellectual property, payment obligations, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
